  Couldn't even go in, called to make an appointment and they couldn't even bother to pay attention on the phone. Spoke with Shannon, who just answered with 'Shannon speaking' wasn't even sure if I had a correct number since the information available to me looked a little outdated. I asked her so repeat herself just in case I had maybe missed a greeting or a company name or something but just seemed annoyed and said 'this is Shannon' I hesitantly asked is this a Salon? And sighs and goes 'uh.. Yeah..' Just kind of turned the excitement of finally being able to get my hair done to disappointment and feeling like my calling was putting them out so much.
